Solution
Individuals have divergent perspectives on whether the government should bear the obligation for environmental preservation or whether each individual bears that responsibility. From my perspective, it will be more advantageous if both the government and citizens share responsibilities.
Possibly, the government has a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment. It is the authority’s responsibility to introduce legislation to address environmental issues such as air pollution and others. To illustrate, legislation should be enacted to encourage factories to relocate to rural areas rather than remaining in cities. It could help safeguard metropolitan areas from the harmful vapours that are constantly emitted by businesses. Another significant role that the government may play is to create television programmes that educate residents and urge them to care more about nature. Individuals who are aware of the implications of their actions may want to adjust their behaviour in order to prevent causing harm to the environment.
On the other hand, it is indisputable that each individual may make a significant contribution to neighbourhood protection. Automobiles are a significant source of air pollution. Their exhaust fumes, which contain everything from carbon dioxide to unburned carbon, contaminate the air. Thus, by driving their own automobiles only in exceptional circumstances, individuals can help conserve the environment. Individuals also have the option of recycling. People can safeguard drinking water and its inhabitants by preventing plastic garbage from entering and harming streams.
In conclusion, given the magnitude of the task at hand, mobilising all available forces is the more prudent course of action. As a result, it is likely that the combined efforts of governments and their citizens will result in the most effective method of environmental preservation.
