We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Essay Times can be refunded as long as your course completion status is not more than 30%.

All eligible refunds shall be processed within 5-7 working days.

Some courses are weekly in duration. They are non-refundable.

Monthly courses can be refunded within one week window. After the expiry of one week or 7 days, they cannot be refunded.
