Many individuals do not like any changes in their life. However, others believe that even a little change might be a wonderful decision. This essay will look at both sides of the arguments and argue that changes always are a great choice.

First of all, doing the same things for years brings improvement and mastery in a particular skill. More time they spend, more experience comes which helps them doing things faster than non-experienced people. For example, I know many teachers who do not even need to open a particular book to teach or they already know at which particular point the student would have doubts. This experience helps in avoiding trial and errors in solving daily life problems.

Secondly, name and respect gain in one organisation due to working for a long time matters a lot. They do not worry about more money which could be earned by shifting jobs. On the other hand, some of them are scared to change their workplace since they think that they might not adapt to a new environment. And such a change can cause a lot of stress and chaos in their life. For this reason, they prefer to stay in the same place for a long time rather than change it.

However, there are some progressive people as well who keep changing organisations in the search for growth and job satisfaction. These kinds of people prefer to try something new in order to minimize their casual routine which has made their life boring. For instance, nowadays, an abundance of matured adults or even seniors decide to change their careers and attend university again. As a consequence, such a change brings a new level of satisfaction and positive feelings into their life.

In my opinion, changing the job frequently is a symbol of dissatisfaction with the occupation or financial rewards associated with it. It makes sense to change jobs to find a work which satisfies mental and financial needs, but one needs to stop at a time and gain experience in a particular skill to establish identity.
